Looking for something to do on a weekend?

Our workshops explore themes or particular areas of the body, such as yin yoga, core strength, yoga for back pain, shoulders, or hip openers. Workshops allow you to go deeper and allow you to experience the poses, your own breath, and movement in ways that you cannot experience in a regular 60-minute classes.

Regular workshops generally run 1.5 hours and cost $20 with early registration, unless stated otherwise.  Specialty workshops are generally longer and priced based on the topic and presenter’s credentials.

Workshops are open to all students.
