How do I start?
You may start any regularly scheduled class that doesn't say "registration required" at any time by simply coming to class. For spin classes, it is best to reserve a bike in advance. (See spin signups for instructions on how to reserve a bike.)
Introductory classes and classes for some special populations (prenatal,
mommy & me, kids, etc.) require registration run since they run in six week sessions.
You must register in advance for these classes. To see when the
next six week session begins, visit the schedule
page. You can complete the
registration
form and mail it in along with your payment, complete the registration
form and make your
payment
online using your credit card, or complete the registration form and
bring it to the studio with you to make your payment. (If there
is room available, participants may begin the session late at a prorated
tuition. The only exception is the intro to yoga & pilates sessions;
Participants may only join the intro to yoga & pilates sessions thru the second
week of the session.)
