Arrive On Time
Please avoid being late. New students please arrive 10 minutes before class
begins.
Cell Phone & Beepers
Turn off cell phones and beepers while in class.
E-mail List
Please sign-up for the Auburn Yoga and Pilates Center’s
e-mail announcement list to receive current studio news. You will not
be sent any junk mail, and your email address will not be shared with anyone
outside of AYPC.
Fee Payment
AYPC accepts cash, credit (Visa and Mastercard) and checks. If you
wish to pay online you may use the Paypal links located on this website.
Inclement Weather
Class Cancellation Policy
5:45/6
AM Classes:If
Auburn delays or cancels school
due to weather, the 5:45/6AM classes are automatically
cancelled.
9/9:30/10:15/10:45 AM Classes:If
Auburn cancels school
due to weather, all morning classes are automatically cancelled.
If Auburn has a school delay
due to weather, the instructor will decide if they feel
that it is safe for everyone to travel to the the mid morning classes.
Please call the studio at (508) 832-8177 up to 60 minutes before the
beginning of the class to check the status of classes. If
the message doesn't mention any class cancellations, class will be held.
If there are class cancellations, the message will convey those
cancellations. We will also try to send out an email when
classes are going to be cancelled.
Evening/Weekend Classes:Please call the studio at (508) 832-8177 up to
60 minutes before the beginning of the class to check the status of
classes. If the message doesn't mention any class
cancellations, class will be held. If there are class
cancellations, the message will convey those cancellations.
We will also try to send out an email when classes are going to be
cancelled.
Medical Concerns
Please inform the instructor if you have an injury or are pregnant.
Parking
Ample parking is available in front of the yoga studio.
Punch Card/Monthly Class
Cards
Class fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. Appropriate expirations apply.
Registration Only Classes
You may make up missed classes during the session in any class the same level, one above or any level below your enrolled class (space permitting). You may not make up classes in a future session. Refunds are not made for missed classes. (Exceptions for medical reasons will be considered.)
Space in class is held with a completed registration form and payment. Registrations are due before first class please. They are non-transferable. Registrations are not accepted after the 2nd class.
Temperature
The studio is normal room temperature. The studio is air conditioned in the warm months.
