Auburn Yoga and Pilates
offers a wide variety of classes at times that are
convenient to almost any schedule! I take yoga,
pilates, strength and spin classes throughout the week.
The instructors are incredible – they provide
challenging classes but always offer modifications and
they emphasize proper form so we get the most out of the
work we do. The people that go to here are
friendly and fun -- it’s my home away from home!

AYPC is a great place to exercise and
have fun! The instructors are knowledgeable,
approachable, and super friendly. They pay attention to
the needs of the students and provide helpful
corrections to form and give suggestions to make the
exercises easier or more difficult, depending on your
skill level. Although I have had
strong desires in the past to exercise and get in shape,
it never materialized until I started going to AYPC.
I have gone from taking one class a week to 6 or
7 classes a week PLUS exercising on my
own at home!

Thanks for your follow-up. Your class was extremely informative and I appreciate the fact that you were so willing to share your obvious expertise. I've tried a number of workout places in my time, and AYPC is the only one I have found that truly has their clients best interest at the forefront. Best in Class Service and personal attention are clearly the groups mantra. Thanks too for your follow up phone call last evening, sorry I missed it. I have actually only been to classes since having joined 3 times. 2 spin (1 was yours) and a yogalates class on one of my free cards (not sure how you account for that in your system). Prior to that I was on my 2 week trial. Thanks for making any corrections to the records on my behalf. I am so very happy there! I love the variation of the
classes and all that is offered and since I’ve embraced
spin like you told me to I can aim to get there 6 or 7
days a week which is so wonderful. My goal is to
make it into your calendar next year...LOL…LOL
