Sarah Kaye, RYT, Instructor

Sarah began taking yoga in 2009 as a way to stretch. She continued with it because of the calming, stress-reducing, and overall wonderful benefits. She eventually pursued her RYT 200 and obtained a deeper understanding of not only the benefits of yoga to your body, but also your mind and well-being.

Sarah holds a master’s degree in moderate disabilities and works as a special education teacher, working with elementary students from kindergarten to third grade, in Worcester. She loves to incorporate yoga poses and breathing techniques into her daily teaching to help students build confidence, enjoy movement, and calm their bodies.

Sarah wants people to feel confident and excited by her classes and to encourage individuals to embrace their own unique styles and bodies.

Tracy McDonald, Instructor

Tracy is a certified though the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She also hold spin certification. Tracy teaches multiple modalities at many studios, gyms, businesses, schools, and colleges throughout central Massachusetts. Lucille Ward, RYT, Instructor

Native New Yorker, Lucille Ward, completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Hot Power Yoga Center.

When  she began practicing yoga again, she fell in love with combining her practice of yoga and passion for a plant based life style with essential oils. She found Young Living Essential Oils and worked to become a Young Living Executive Leader.

She currently teaches Aroma Flow Yoga, marrying her two passions into one practice.

Lucille’s intention as a community yoga teacher and Young Living Executive Leader is to offer support and education to anyone who desires a life style grounded in mental, physical and emotional balance. She believes that balance looks different for each of her students and hopes individuals are able to discover a safe, balanced space, on and off their mat.

Bethany Gadbois, RYT, Instructor

In 2018, Bethany immersed herself in an intensive 200 Hour Embodyoga Teacher Training program, which she completed in November 2018.

Bethany has attended a variety of yoga classes throughout the years, but ultimately has been self-taught in her home practice since 2016.

Yoga has brought joy and balance into Bethany’s life between the busy demands of full time work and motherhood. The added benefits of improvements in her health to the quality of her relationships has led her to want to share this yoga with others!

Pauline Janson, RYT, Instructor

Pauline is a graduate of the American Academy of Personal Training in Boston, NASM certified personal trainer, FMS Level 1 certified and 200Hr RYT via Yoga Alliance.  She is also a Liquid Motion certified instructor, which is a type of dance.  Exercise has always been her passion from a young age, but as she has grown older her focus has evolved from training with intensity to training smarter.  She believes in listening to our bodies and coming from a place of kindness.

Kate has been practicing Pilates since 2007, becoming an instructor in 2014 through AAAI/ISMA, holding Phase 1 and 2 certifications.
